Reverbia Tea House- Burning Man, 2024

Immersive performance space + sustainability + environmental adaption

A full-building performance venue and gathering space where lighting, color, and spatial flow converged to create a full-sensory experience—design features include 3’ teacup spotlights, color-changing LED house lighting, and approximately 200 yards of “improvisationally” reused chiffon.

Adrian Sinclair Johnson performs Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major on the mandolin. (Burning Man, 2025)

Not pictured: 200 yards behind the performer, the playa is overrun by “mutant” vehicles playing electronic dance music.

Like Burning Man itself, the space is completely different between night and day.
